Matt Diskin - IDF - Integral Diskin Flipper
Matt Diskin is a custom knife maker from Seattle, Washington and his style is definitely unique. Matt has made several folders with Kizer Cutlery but this is his first collaboration with Reate.
His designs take into account not only the function of the knife but also the sleek lines that we all appreciate and have come to expect from Matt. The IDF Integral flipper has a 3.4" spear point blade made from Bohler M390 stainless steel with a satin finish.
The titanium handles feature deep milling across the entire surface for a better grip and has a gray bead blasted titanium finish. The ergonomic shape of this thin handle locks the design into your hand and is extremely comfortable.
The pocket clip is made from milled titanium with a dark, non-reflective finish. The IDF features a ceramic ball bearing pivot and replaceable steel lock bar insert.
The IDF flips like an auto and it's sleek smooth design makes this an ideal EDC knife.
Each IDF knife also comes with a custom made, hand sewn lamb skin leather pouch. We will have a small number of these available separately.
