Excellent Customer Service from Truetalon and Civivi

I have this knife. I had tried to replace a blade (sent for free from Civivi) but cross threaded a screw in the process. I contacted Civivi customer service and they arranged for me to send the knife to TrueTalon. TrueTalon did an amazing job returning the knife to how it was when I first got it. They needed to wait for parts from China (either side of Christmas) but were very apologetic and even sent me some free gifts. Can't compliment them enough
